Fourier transform infrared spectrum analyzer,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(pyrolysis),thermogravimetric analyzer,X-ray diffractometer and energy dispersion spectrometer were used to analyze the components of rubber gasket.The results show that the raw rubber of the rubber gasket is hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber,the content is about 53%,the vulcanization system is 1,3-di-tert-butyl peroxyisopropyl benzene(BIPB)and triallyl isocyanurate,the reinforcement system is carbon black and white black,the content of carbon black is about 38%,the activator is magnesium oxide and zinc oxide,and there are antioxidant KY-405 and inorganic filler calcium carbonate.
