Comparitive Study of Spectrophotometry and Ion Chromatography for the Determination of Ammonia in Fixed Sources
Ion chromatography and spectrophotometry were used to determine ammonia in pollution sources, and the determination principles, standard curves, and detection limits of the two methods were compared and studied. The results show that both methods can meet the quality control requirements for the analysis and determination of standard and actual samples, and the determination results are basically consistent. The precision and accuracy of ion chromatography are better than those of spectrophotometry. Moreover, ion chromatography is convenient and convenient, with fewer pollutants, accurate and reliable results, and can simultaneously determine multiple cations.
