The system is running at full load.The gas-liquid two-phase flow medium in the thermal regeneration tower of the low-temperature methanol washing device is complex and the operating environment is relatively harsh.It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study and judgment on the corrosion situation of the thermal regeneration tower.By analyzing the corrosion mechanism and its influencing factors,it is concluded that the thermal The corrosion of the regeneration tower is caused by the combined action of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,and carbon dioxide.Based on the analysis results,corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure the long-term safe operation of the equipment.
