摘要

编写了一套海洋油气管线预制焊材消耗和工日计算程序,借助MATLAB平台,开发了含有人机交互GUI界面的软件.该软件可快速计算焊接材料消耗、匹配施工定额、自动识别管线材质、尺寸、壁厚、预制工序和焊接工艺、自动计算工日等功能.该软件的开发与应用有效降低了施工管理人员的劳动强度,提高了计算工作效率,降低了生产成本.该软件实现了焊材消耗与定额统筹管理,为全面分析施工工效提供一个应用平台,是海洋油气平台施工领域数字化转型的成功尝试.

Abstract

This article presents a program for calculating the consumption of prefabricated welding materials and workdays of offshore oil and gas pipelines.Using the MATLAB platform,a software with a human-machine interactive GUI interface was developed.This software can calculate welding material consumption quickly,match construction quotas,identify pipeline materials,dimensions,wall thickness,prefabrication processes and welding processes automatically,and calculate working days automatically.The development and application of this software can effectively reduce labor intensity of construction management personnel,improve computational efficiency,and reduce production costs.This software realizes overall management of welding material consumption and quota,providing an application platform for comprehensive analysis of construction efficiency.It is a successful attempt at digital transformation of offshore oil and gas platform construction industry.
