Calibration Device for Self Cycling Test of Particulate Matter Sampler
A device that can be used to detect the self-circulation test of the particle sampler is designed,which includes a closed chamber,a smoke generator,an automatic sampler,a mixing device and a particulate matter sampler to be tested.The smoke generator in the device is passed into the closed chamber through the automatic sampler,the particles are evenly mixed through the mixing device in the closed chamber,and the discharge port of the particle sampler can effectively detect whether the particulate matter sampler has self-circulation phenomenon through the length and position of the discharge pipeline,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the sampler sampling data.The filter membrane collected by the particle sampler is measured by gravimetric method,and the concentration of particulate matter in the closed cabin is monitored by a β-ray particle monitor(reference instrument).
