Analysis of Typical Problems in the Operation of Triethylene Glycol Regeneration System in Yan'an Gas Field
In the natural gas purification process,the operation status of the regeneration system determines the dehydration efficiency and is more closely related to the operation safety of the entire system.This article analyzes the impact of triethylene glycol foaming and winter condensate on the operation of the regeneration system in Yan'an gas field,explores how to reduce triethylene glycol consumption,discusses the reasons for unstable combustion of the triethylene glycol reboiler,analyzes the relationship between gas extraction volume and energy consumption of the regeneration system,and proposes corresponding solutions for each problem.
