丁二烯抽提装置一萃系统在一定的温度压力下,因含微量氧,高浓度的丁二烯,极易生成丁二烯聚合物,堵塞塔盘、降液管、管线、再沸器等部位,影响装置正常生产。根据聚合物生成的主要因素和机理,并结合本装置的日常操作,从控制一萃系统的含氧量、维持汽液平衡长时间稳定、控制原料组成、加入能减缓自由基活性的阻聚剂、加入消泡剂等方面进行优化探讨,为一萃系统长周期平稳运行提供一定的指导意义。
Exploration of Optimization Method for Blocking in the First Butadiene Extraction
At a certain temperature and pressure,the first extraction system of the butadiene extraction unit is prone to generating butadiene polymers due to the presence of trace oxygen and high concentration of butadiene,which can clog the tray,downcomer,pipeline,reboiler and other parts,affecting the normal production of the unit.Based on the main factors and mechanisms of polymer generation,and combined with the daily operation of this unit,optimization discussions are conducted from the aspects of controlling the oxygen content of the first extraction system,maintaining long-term stability of gas-liquid equilibrium,controlling the composition of raw materials,adding inhibitors that can slow down the activity of free radicals,and adding defoamers.This provides certain guiding significance for the long-term stable operation of the first extraction system.
