摘要

减压转油线是常减压蒸馏装置中非常重要的一条管线,减压转油线设计的是否合理,不仅影响到减压蒸馏的稳定操作,而且对于产品质量、产品拔出率、以及装置能耗都具有极其重要的影响.通过对减压转油线在工艺设计、管道选材、配管设计等方面的浅要分析,结合工作中的实际装置设计经验,总结了笔者在设计过程中的一些设计思路和方法,希望能对后续减压转油线的设计或改造提供一点参考或借鉴意义.

Abstract

The vacuum transfer line is a very important pipeline in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.The reasonable design of the vacuum transfer line not only affects the stable operation of vacuum distillation,but also has an extremely important impact on product quality,product extraction rate,and device energy consumption.This article provides a brief analysis of the process design,pipeline material selection,piping design,and other aspects of the vacuum transfer line.Combined with the work of the practical device design experience,the author summarizes some design ideas and methods in the design process.It is hoped that this can provide some reference or reference significance for the design or renovation of subsequent vacuum transfer lines.
