船运业的蓬勃发展降低了国际贸易的物流成本,但是船舶污染物的排放也给环境保护带来了压力。SCR可以有效处理尾气中的氮氧化物,且具有成本低、安装方便等优势,在船舶行业迅速推广开来。SCR内部存在复杂气体流动、两相流、化学反应等诸多变量,给设计带来了挑战。通过数值方法,研究了低压SCR的喷雾液滴分布、混合均匀度、压力损失等指标,并讨论了影响的因素,评估了SCR的整体性能。针对SCR存在的问题,优化了设计,使SCR实现了设计目标。
Numerical Simulation and Optimization Design of Marine SCR
The booming shipping industry has reduced the logistics costs of international trade,but the emission of pollutants from ships has also put pressure on environmental protection.SCR can effectively deal with nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas,and has the advantages of low cost and easy installation,which has been rapidly promoted in the Marine industry.There are many variables in SCR,such as complex gas flow,two-phase flow,chemical reaction,etc.,which bring challenges to the design.The droplet distribution,mixing uniformity and pressure loss of low-pressure SCR were studied numerically,and the influencing factors were discussed,and the overall performance of SCR was evaluated.Aiming at the problems existing in SCR,the design is optimized to make SCR achieve the design goal.
