Analysis of Natural Gas Steam Reforming Hydrogen Production
For hydrocarbon steam reforming hydrogen production device,the conversion reaction is a strong endothermic reaction,which is mainly achieved in the reformer.The raw gas and steam pass through a furnace tube containing catalyst and the fuel is burned in the combustion chamber of reformer.The heat is transferred to the reaction system inside the furnace tube through the tube wall.Through PROII simulation,analyzed the variation tendency of fuel,combustion air,flue gas volume,and steam production when the composition of raw materials changed.
