硝铵类复合粒子的热分解特性及安全性能研究

硝铵粒子在化工、军事和能源等领域有重要的研究价值,是一个复杂且重要的领域,粘结剂对硝铵类复合粒子的安全性能具有重要影响,本文用超声喷雾细化装置细化了硝铵粒子,用水悬浮装置,制备了硝铵基/粘结剂复合粒子,并从MD分子模拟、撞击感度、DSC热分解性分析等方面对硝铵基/粘结剂复合粒子的安全性能进行了研究,与加入粘结剂前相比,硝铵粒子的稳定性和安全性得到明显改善。
Research on the Thermal Decomposition Characteristics and Safety Performance of Ammonium Nitrate Composite Particles
Ammonium nitrate particles have important research value in the fields of chemical industry,military and energy.It is a complex and important field.Binders have an important impact on the safety performance of ammonium nitrate composite particles.In this paper,ammonium nitrate particles were refined by ultrasonic spray refining device,and ammonium nitrate based/binder composite particles were prepared by water suspension device.The safety performance of ammonium nitrate based/binder composite particles was studied from aspects of MD molecular simulation,impact sensitivity,DSC thermal decomposition analysis,etc.Compared with that before the addition of binder,the stability and safety of ammonium nitrate particles were significantly improved.
