加氢站泄漏风险分析及管控策略研究

随着氢能技术的发展,加氢站作为氢燃料基础设施的关键组成部分,起着将氢气储存和供应给燃料电池车辆的重要作用。然而,加氢站的运营涉及高压氢气的储存、运输和供应过程,存在一定的安全风险。因此,进行加氢站的泄漏分析及管控策略研究具有重要意义。在梳理加氢站安全风险的基础上,开展CFD模拟分析发生气体扩散后果,在此基础上对加氢站风险管控策略进行总结,旨在为提高我国加氢站的安全性和可靠性提供参考。
Research on Leakage Risk Analysis and Control Strategy of Hydrogen Refueling Station
With the development of hydrogen energy technology,hydrogen refueling station plays a crucial role in hydrogen fuel infrastructure by storing and supplying hydrogen to fuel cell vehicles.However,the operation of hydrogen refueling station involves the storage,transportation,and supply process of high-pressure hydrogen,which poses certain safety risks.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct research on hydrogen refueling station leakage analysis and control strategies.Based on the sorting out of safety risks of hydrogen refueling station,this paper carries out CFD simulation analysis of gas diffusion consequences and summarizes the risk control strategies of hydrogen refueling station,aiming to provide reference for improving the safety and reliability of hydrogen refueling station in China.
