氟化石墨正极材料的制备及其在锂原电池中的应用

摘要
通过改变氟化的温度,采用直接氟化法氟化块状石墨(G),得到含氟量不同的氟化石墨,即FG-x.当氟化温度为500 ℃时(FG-500),FG-500具有优异的倍率性能和高的功率密度、能量密度.放电电流密度为10 mA·g-1时的放电比容量为812.5 mAh·g-1,电压平台为2.60 V;放电电流密度为1 000 mA·g-1时的放电比容量和电压平台分别为698.4 mAh·g-1和2.13 V.FG-500的最大功率密度、能量密度分别为 2 131.2 W.kg-1 和 1 990.4 Wh·kg-1.
Abstract
The bulk graphite(G)is fluorinated by changing the fluorination temperature,and the fluorinated graphite with different fluorine content,namely FG-x,is obtained.When the fluorination temperature is 500 ℃(FG-500),FG-500 shows excellent rate performance and high power density and energy density.The discharge specific capacity is 812.5 mAh·g-1 and the voltage plateau is 2.60 V at 10 mA·g-1.The discharge specific capacity and voltage plateau are 698.4 mAh·g-1 and 2.13 V at 1 000 mA·g-1,respectively.The maximum power density and energy density of FG-500 are 2 131.2 W·kg-1 and 1 990.4 Wh·kg-1,respectively.
