采用聚硫酸酯(PSE)树脂为原料、二甲基乙酰胺(DM Ac)为溶剂,卤化锂(LiF、LiBr、LiCl、LiI)为改性添加剂制备中空纤维聚硫酸酯超滤膜,利用卤素离子和DMAc的溶剂化效应,制备得到了高水通量和高抗污染性的PSE超滤膜.试验结果表明,随卤素离子原子序数的增加,亲水性,水通量,抗污染性上升.当添加剂为碘化锂(LiI)时,水通量最大为216.99 L/(m2·h),为无添加剂对照组(108.41 L/(m2·h))的两倍.且对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率为98.19%,对制备高渗透性和高抗污染性的膜具有深刻意义.
Hollow fiber polysulfate ultrafiltration membranes were prepared using polysulfate(PSE)resin as raw material,dimethylacetamide(DM Ac)as solvent,and lithium halide(LiF,LiBr,LiCl,LiI)as modified additives,and PSE ultrafiltration membranes with high water flux and high anti-pollution were obtained by utilizing solvation effects of halogen ions and DMAc.The experimental results showed that the hydrophilicity,water flux,and anti-pollution resistance rose with the increase of the atomic number of halogen ions.When the additive was lithium iodide(LiI),the maximum water flux was 216.99 L/(m2·h),which was twice as much as that of the control group without additive(108.41 L/(m2·h)).And the retention rate of bovine serum albumin(BSA)was 98.19%,which is of profound significance for the preparation of membranes with high permeability and high contamination resistance.
