Preparation and Study of Polysulfate Ester(PSE)Ultrafiltration Membrane Modified with Lithium Halide
Hollow fiber polysulfate ultrafiltration membranes were prepared using polysulfate(PSE)resin as raw material, dimethylacetamide(DM Ac)as solvent, and lithium halide(LiF,LiBr,LiCl,LiI)as modified additives, and PSE ultrafiltration membranes with high water flux and high anti-pollution were obtained by utilizing solvation effects of halogen ions and DMAc.The experimental results showed that the hydrophilicity, water flux, and anti-pollution resistance rose with the increase of the atomic number of halogen ions. When the additive was lithium iodide(LiI),the maximum water flux was 216.99 L/(m2·h),which was twice as much as that of the control group without additive(108.41 L/(m2·h)).And the retention rate of bovine serum albumin(BSA)was 98.19%,which is of profound significance for the preparation of membranes with high permeability and high contamination resistance.
