基于卤化锂改性的聚硫酸酯(PSE)超滤膜的制备及研究

采用聚硫酸酯(PSE)树脂为原料、二甲基乙酰胺(DM Ac)为溶剂,卤化锂(LiF、LiBr、LiCl、LiI)为改性添加剂制备中空纤维聚硫酸酯超滤膜,利用卤素离子和DMAc的溶剂化效应,制备得到了高水通量和高抗污染性的PSE超滤膜。试验结果表明,随卤素离子原子序数的增加,亲水性,水通量,抗污染性上升。当添加剂为碘化锂(LiI)时,水通量最大为216。99 L/(m2·h),为无添加剂对照组(108。41 L/(m2·h))的两倍。且对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率为98。19%,对制备高渗透性和高抗污染性的膜具有深刻意义。
Preparation and Study of Polysulfate Ester(PSE)Ultrafiltration Membrane Modified with Lithium Halide
Hollow fiber polysulfate ultrafiltration membranes were prepared using polysulfate(PSE)resin as raw material,dimethylacetamide(DM Ac)as solvent,and lithium halide(LiF,LiBr,LiCl,LiI)as modified additives,and PSE ultrafiltration membranes with high water flux and high anti-pollution were obtained by utilizing solvation effects of halogen ions and DMAc.The experimental results showed that the hydrophilicity,water flux,and anti-pollution resistance rose with the increase of the atomic number of halogen ions.When the additive was lithium iodide(LiI),the maximum water flux was 216.99 L/(m2·h),which was twice as much as that of the control group without additive(108.41 L/(m2·h)).And the retention rate of bovine serum albumin(BSA)was 98.19%,which is of profound significance for the preparation of membranes with high permeability and high contamination resistance.
