摘要
针对渤海油田超稠油油田原油黏度高、流动性差、开采难度大的问题,研究了高温降黏剂的降黏驱油性能.高温降黏剂可以在矿化度30 000 mg/L,钙镁离子质量浓度2 000 mg/L的地层水中保持较好的降黏性能,降黏效率大于98%.降黏驱油体系可以提高原油驱替效率28%,耐温性能良好.当液固比为10∶1(mL∶g)时降黏剂体系在岩石的静态吸附达到了平衡,饱和吸附量为0.6 mg/g砂,吸附平衡时间为15 h.降黏剂还可以改变油砂表面润湿性,从而提升驱油效率.
Abstract
To deal with the problems of high viscosity,poor flow behavior,and difficult extraction of crude oil in Bohai Oilfield's ultra heavy oil field,the viscosity reducing and oil displacement performance of high-temperature viscosity reducing agents was studied.High temperature viscosity reducer can maintain good viscosity reduction performance in formation water with a salinity degree of 30 000 mg/L and a calcium/magnesium ion concentration of 2 000 mg/L,with a viscosity reduction efficiency greater than 98%.The viscosity reducing oil displacement system can improve the oil displacement efficiency by 28%and has good temperature resistance.When the liquid solid ratio is 10∶1(mL∶g),the static adsorption of the viscosity reducer system on the rock reaches equilibrium,with a saturated adsorption capacity of 0.6 mg/g sand and an adsorption equilibrium time of 15 h.Reducing viscosity agents can also change the surface wettability of oil sands,thereby improving oil recovery efficiency.
