Research on Extraction Process of Alkaloids from Coptis Chinensis
Alkaloid is the main active component of Coptis chinensis.In this study,Coptis chinensis alkaloid was extracted from Coptis chinensis by ethanol-sulfuric acid assisted ultrasonic extraction method.With ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature as single factors,the optimal extraction conditions of Coptis alkaloids were investigated by orthogonal test.The optimal extraction temperature of Coptis alkaloids was 40 ℃,the optimal ultrasonic time was 40 min,and the optimal ethanol concentration was 55％.
