直接回流法提取头发中辅酶Q10的工艺研究

采用直接回流的工艺提取头发中的辅酶Q10,研究不同的提取条件对辅酶Q10提取量的影响,并采用正交试验对提取液的料液比,温度,时间进行优化,确定头发中辅酶Q10的最佳提取条件.结果表明,以无水乙醇为提取试剂,其直接回流的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶10(g∶mL),温度80℃,时间为120 min.在此条件下,头发中提取的辅酶Q10最大量为0.726 3 μg/g,RSD为1.86%;辅酶Q1o的平均回收率为 94.21%,RSD为 4.42%.
Study on Extraction of Coenzyme Q10 from Hair by Direct Reflux Method
Direct reflux process was used to extract coenzyme Q1o from hair,and the influence of different extraction conditions on the extraction amount of Coenzyme Q10 was studied.Orthogonal test was used to optimize the solid-liquid ratio,temperature and time of the extraction solution,so as to determine the best extraction conditions of coenzyme Q1o from hair.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(g∶mL),temperature 80 ℃ and time 120 min with anhydrous ethanol as extraction reagent.Under these conditions,the maximum amount of coenzyme Q10 extracted from hair was 0.726 3 μg/g,and the RSD was 1.86%.The average recovery of Coenzyme Q1o was 94.21%and RSD was 4.42%.
