Arylpyridine Derivatives for Protonation-Driven Fluorescence Regulation
In this paper,a carbazole pyridine-functionalized α-cyanostilbene derivative(CZ-CNPY/12)was reported, which can undergo photoluminescence acid-induced discoloration. The α-cyanostilbene unit endows CZ-CNPY/12 with aggregation-induced luminescence properties.Since its skeleton contains phenylpyridine, the photoelectric properties of the activated luminescence can also be regulated by protonation. After the addition of trifluoroacetic acid(TFA),the photoluminescence in the solution was enhanced by 6 times, and the emission wavelength was red-shifted by 110 nm.Anti-counterfeiting paper was prepared by using the reversible optical properties of CZ-CNPY/12 films under acid-base stimulation. In addition, acid discoloration achieves multi-color light painting patterns.
