复合软包装用耐高温蒸煮聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究

摘要
主要通过长碳链多元酸和多元醇制备聚酯,引入多官能度原材料,制备高固含酯溶型聚氨酯胶粘剂.研究表明,在无偶联剂条件下,此胶粘剂复合的复合软包装溶残极低,在135 ℃高温蒸煮后外观表现良好,具有良好的粘接性能,且具有良好的耐老化能力.
Abstract
In this paper,polyester was prepared by long carbon chain poly acid and polyol,and multi-functional raw materials were introduced to prepare high solid ester-soluble polyurethane adhesive.The results showed that under the condition of no coupling agent,the composite flexible packaging with this adhesive had very low soluble residue,after high-temperature boiling at 135 ℃,it exhibits good appearance,good adhesive performance and good aging resistance.
