甲基丙烯酸甲酯生产工艺研究进展

综述了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)各类生产工艺及其研究进展,包括C4法、C3法和C2法,并简要对比了各个工艺生产MMA的优劣势.C4法及C2法规避了传统的C3法(即丙酮氰醇法)使用剧毒原料并产生大量废液等缺点,具有生产过程安全环保的优点,是未来的主要发展方向,其中以C2法的原料乙烯来源最为广泛、易得,尤其与煤制烯烃联产,可产生强大的协同效益,在煤炭资源相对丰富的我国尤其具有发展前景.
Research Progress on Methyl Methacrylate Production Process
This article reviews various production processes and research progress of methyl methacrylate(MMA),including C4 method,C3 method,and C2 method,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each process in producing MMA.The C4 method and C2 regulation avoid the drawbacks of the traditional C3 method(i.e.acetone cyanohydrin method),which uses highly toxic raw materials and generates a large amount of waste liquid.They have the advantages of safety and environmental protection in the production process and are the main development direction in the future.Among them,the C2 method's raw material ethylene is the most widely sourced and easily available,especially in the co production of coal to olefins,which can generate strong synergistic benefits,and has a development prospect in China,which is relatively rich in coal resources.
