Comparison of Different Methods for Determination of Chinese Medicine Content
The quality and safety of drugs are directly related to the health and safety of the people.This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the content determination of traditional Chinese medicine,including its background,significance,basic principles and requirements,and analyzes the characteristics of traditional content determination methods and modern instrumental analysis methods,at the same time,these methods are compared and evaluated.Through the introduction of concrete examples,the application of various methods in practice determination was expounded,and the difficulties and challenges faced by the current determination of traditional Chinese medicine content were analyzed and discussed.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for the problems in the determination of Chinese medicine content.
