大气湿度是水汽含量的重要衡量指标,在地面和高空气象观测中都占有关键地位。当前,测量湿度的技术包括称重测湿法、光腔衰荡光谱(CRDS)、热力学法、可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)和露点法。称重测湿法操作繁琐,耗时较长,主要应用于国家级计量标准,不适用于日常测量。CRDS技术结合高反射镜可延长光程,灵敏度较高,但对光路的稳定性要求较高,在恶劣环境下进行现场测量时,容易造成较大的误差。TDLAS利用扫描气体分子吸收的光谱,通过计算获得气体的浓度、温度等信息。露点法是一种简便而准确的湿度测量方法,适用范围广泛,备受学术界瞩目。
A Review of Humidity Measurement
Atmospheric humidity is an important index of water vapor content,which plays a key role in both surface and upper air meteorological observation.Current techniques for measuring humidity include weight hygrometry,cavity ring-down spectroscopy(CRDS),thermodynamic method,tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)and dew point method.The operation of weighing hygrometric method is complicated and time-consuming,which is mainly applied to national measurement standards and is not suitable for daily measurement.CRDS technology combined with high reflector can extend the optical path,high sensitivity,but the stability of the optical path is required,and it is easy to cause large errors when the field measurement is carried out in harsh environment.TDLAS scans the absorption spectrum of gas molecules and obtains information such as gas concentration and temperature through calculation.Dew point method is a simple and accurate method of humidity measurement,which is widely used and has attracted much attention in the academic circles.
