摘要
ADC12铝合金表面腐蚀产生白色粉末,经多种大型仪器检测白色粉末的成分,分析产生腐蚀的原因,给出预防腐蚀的措施.分析表明ADC12铝合金腐蚀表面白色粉末主要为氢氧化铝氧化物(AlOOH).产生白色粉末的主要原因可能为α(Al)相与Al2Cu相在水电解质的作用下组成微电池,铝原子失电子变成铝离子溶解在水中,空气中的氧气得电子与水反应生成氢氧根离子.在氯离子促进下,基体铝作为阳极不断被腐蚀.通过优化加工工艺及对铝合金表面进行钝化处理来避免腐蚀的发生.
Abstract
The surface corrosion of ADC12 aluminum alloy produce white powder.Through a variety of large instruments to detect the composition of white powder,and analysis of the cause of corrosion,give the measures to prevent corrosion.The analysis shows that the white powder on the corrosion surface of ADC12 aluminum alloy is mainly aluminum hydroxide oxide(A1OOH).The main reason for producing white powder may be that the α(Al)phase and Al2Cu phase form microbatteries under the action of water electrolyte.Aluminum atoms lose electrons and become aluminum ions dissolved in water.Oxygen in the air gains electrons and reacts with water to form hydroxide ions.Under the promotion of chloride ions,the matrix aluminum as the anode is constantly corroded.The corrosion is avoided by optimizing the processing technology and passivating the aluminum alloy surface.
