SERS Detection of Norfloxacin Residues in Poultry Feathers
Norfloxacin,as a quinolone antibiotic,is widely used in the treatment of poultry. However, excessive use of antibiotics can lead to excessive antibiotic residue levels in poultry, thereby endangering human health.Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was used as the detection method.Gold nanoparticles were prepared by sodium citrate reduction as the SERS substrate. The gold nanoparticle substrate was mixed with norfloxacin feather labeling solution, and the SERS signal of norfloxacin was detected during the process of the wet to the dry,the detection limit up to 10-5 mol/L.The results indicate that SERS technology has high sensitivity in detecting norfloxacin in feathers, and provide a new approach for the detection of residual norfloxacin in poultry feathers.
