摘要
流量计是工业生产的重要监测装置,特别是在自动化程度不断提高的今天,流量计在工业生产中的地位与作用更加突出.旨在探讨孔板流量计在除盐水系统中的应用.首先,简要介绍了孔板流量计的测量原理及选型,随后详细分析了孔板流量计在除盐水系统中的具体应用,包括流量监测、系统控制和故障预警等,最后简要介绍其在现场安装过程中的要求和注意事项.
Abstract
Flowmeter is an important monitoring device for industrial production,especially in today's increasing degree of automation,the status and role of flowmeter in industrial production is more prominent.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of orifice flowmeter in demineralized water system.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the measuring principle and selection of orifice flowmeter,then analyzes the specific application of orifice flowmeter in demineralized water system in detail,including flow monitoring,system control and fault warning,and finally briefly introduces the requirements and precautions in the field installation process.
