摘要

在海洋石油工程装备、大型模块化工厂,海洋石油平台、FPSO模块建造施工阶段,管线预制材质种类和规格尺寸非常多,管线预制工作量非常庞大.根据工艺要求,管线中间会设计大量的管座,用于泄压、分流、取样、连接仪表等.管座安装需要在主管线上开孔,采用有色金属管线开孔辅助装置,配合便携式磁力钻可以快速进行有色金属管线开孔作业,解决了不锈钢管线开孔速度慢,成型差,工效低等系列问题,降低了项目的施工成本.

Abstract

In the construction stage of offshore oil engineering equipment,large-scale modular chemical plants,offshore oil platforms and FPSO modules,there are many types and sizes of pipeline prefabrication materials,and the workload of pipeline prefabrication is very huge.According to the process requirements,a large number of pipe seats will be designed in the middle of the pipeline for pressure relief,shunt,sampling,connecting instruments and so on.The installation of pipe pedestal needs to open holes in the main pipeline,using non-ferrous metal pipeline opening auxiliary device and portable magnetic drill can quickly carry out non-ferrous metal pipeline opening operation,which solves a series of problems such as slow opening speed and poor forming of stainless steel pipeline.a series of problems such as low efficiency reduce the construction cost of the project.
