摘要

介绍了法国AXENS公司的裂解汽油加氢工艺技术在新建加氢装置上的应用,设计了工艺流程优化的节能减排的方案,通过Aspen建立模型,降低脱戊烷塔回流比、提高脱碳九塔的压力等参数,从而提高副产品纯度,降低耗能,节约成本,提高经济效益.

Abstract

This paper introduces the application of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation technology of AXENS in a new hydrogenation unit,and designs an energy-saving and emission reduction scheme for process optimization.A model is established by Aspen to reduce the reflux ratio of the depentanizer and increase the pressure of the nine decarbonizing towers,so as to improve the purity of by-products,reduce energy consumption,save costs and improve economic benefits.
