摘要
分子筛吸附器是空气分离装置纯化系统中的关键设备,具有良好的发展前景.然而,分子筛吸附器具有内部结构复杂,开孔较大等特点,且除了内部承受吸附剂等重量,还需不断承受内压变换载荷,其应力分布比较复杂.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,根据立式分子筛吸附器的实际结构及操作工况,对其整体建模、应力分析、强度评定和疲劳分析,以了解其各个部位的受力情况等,避免在使用期间发生各种形式损坏.
Abstract
Molecular sieve adsorber is the critical equipment in the purification system of air separation,and has a good prospect for development.However,molecular sieve adsorber has characteristics of complex internal structure and large opening,etc.And in addition to bearing the weight of internal molecular sieve,it must also constantly bear the load of internal pressure cycle,resulting in its more complex stress distribution.According to the actual structure and operation condition of vertical molecular sieve adsorber,ANSYS was used to establish overall finite element model,conduct stress analysis,get stress strength evaluation and fatigue analysis,so as to understand its stress distribution and avoid various forms of damage during the use of the equipment.
