大直径外导流筒换热器的设计优化与制造要点

以我公司承制某项目百万吨乙烯装置其中一台裂解气压缩机二段后冷器为例,从主要零部件管箱、壳体、管束的结构设计优化方面进行浅析。首次在设备中使用T Ⅰ级换热管,引入T Ⅰ级管束的概念,针对T Ⅰ级管束的管板制定加工工艺,将换热管与管孔的间隙减小至0。05~0。35 mm之间,通过实际制造验证工艺的可行性。对管束防腐涂料选材、现场喷涂及检验进行介绍,节省管束运输成本及缩短防腐周期。从制造难点分析与控制这方面入手,在壳体的加工、导流筒侧壁的加工、壳体组对焊接、管束部件的加工与防腐这些重点工序上,结合我公司实际生产过程中总结的关键技术分别进行阐述,给与同类产品带来借鉴。总结了大直径外导流筒换热器为实现长周期、稳定运行的设计与制造要点。
Design Optimization and Manufacturing Points of Large Diameter External Diversion Tube Heat Exchanger
Take the second stage of the aftercooler of a cracking gas compressor in a million-ton ethylene plant of a project contracted by our company as an example,From the main components of pipe box,shell,tube bundle structural design optimization.For the first time,The TI heat exchange tube was used in the equipment,The concept of TI class tube bundle is introduced.The processing technology of tubesheet of TI grade tube bundle was formulated.Reduce the gap between the heat exchange tube and the tube hole to 0.05~0.35 mm,Verify the feasibility of the process by actual manufacturing.The material selection,field spraying and inspection of anticorrosive coating for tube bundle are introduced,Save the transport cost of tube bundle and shorten the anticorrosion cycle.From the manufacturing difficulties analysis and control of this aspect,In the processing of the shell,the processing of the sidewall of the diversion cylinder,the welding of the shell group,the processing of the tube bundle parts and the corrosion protection of these key processes,Combined with the key technologies summarized in the actual production process of our company,respectively,to bring reference to similar products.The main points of design and manufacture of large diameter external diversion tube heat exchanger for long period and stable operation are summarized.
