目的:研究一种过硫酸氢钾复合物粉对人体冠状病毒229E(HCoV-229E)的灭活效果。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验法对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌属及链状球菌进行消毒效果的测定,以验证一款过硫酸氢钾复合粉剂的消毒能力,并进一步针对人类冠状病毒229E执行灭活测试。结果:过硫酸氢钾复合物粉1:200溶液作用15 min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和链球菌的杀灭率均高于99。97%,其对人体冠状病毒229E的杀灭率高达99。99%。结论:过硫酸氢钾复合物粉对人体冠状病毒灭活效果优异,有望作为新型冠状病毒的环境消毒剂。
Study on the Inactivation Effect of Potassium Peroxymonosulfate Powder on HCoV-229E
Objective:The research was conducted to investigate the deactivating impact of potassium peroxymonosulfate powder on human coronavirus 229E(HCoV-229E).Methods:The bactericidal activity against Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Streptococcus was carried out by suspension quantitative method to confirm the bactericidal effect of a potassium peroxymonosulfate powder,and then the killing effect evaluation test of HCoV-229E was carried out.Results:Potassium peroxymonosulfate powder 1:200 concentration solution for 15 minutes,the killing rate of E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and Streptococcus were higher than 99.97%,and the killing rate of HCoV-229E was as high as 99.99%.Conclusion:Potassium peroxymonosulfate powder has excellent inactivation effect on HCoV-229E and is expected to be used as an environmental disinfectant for COVID-19.
