聚丙烯/氧化石墨烯抗菌复合材料的性能研究

以不同添加量的氧化石墨烯(Graphite oxide,GO)为抗菌剂,利用熔融共混法简易制备了聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)/GO复合材料,分别对复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能、熔融/结晶温度进行了研究,并重点考察了复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性能。实验结果表明:GO对复合材料的增强增刚作用不明显;相较于纯PP材料,当GO质量分数为1。0%时,复合材料的冲击强度为4。62 kJ/m2,提高了 1。62倍,负荷热变形温度提高了近23。9 ℃,复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率高达50%以上,复合材料表现出优异的抗菌性能。为后续该PP/GO抗菌复合材料在食品包装制品、农业、医用医疗制品的开发及工业化应用奠定实验基础。
Study on Properties of Antibacterical Polyprophylene/Graphene Oxide Composites
Polypropylene(PP)/Graphite oxide(GO)composites with different GO content were prepared by melt extrusion.The mechanical properties,thermal properties,melting and crystalline prpperties,antibacterial properties of the PP/GO composites were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites had no obious improvement compared with pure PP.When the dosage of GO was 1.0%,the impact strength value was 4.62 kJ/m2,which was 1.62 times greater than that of PP,not only that,the composites showed excellent heat resistance property,the softening temperature was increased by above 23.9 ℃.At the same time,the antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus of the composites were as high as 50%,implying that the composites had excellent antibacterial property.With the good performance of the PP/GO composites,which could lay an expermental foundation for the future exploitation and industrial application in food packaging material,agricultural and medical products.
