摘要

以高锰酸钾和硫酸锰为原料,分别使用了水热法和共沉淀法制备MnO2,采用了红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构进行了表征.同时,组装了以MnO2为正极、1 mol/L硫酸锌水溶液为电解液、锌片为负极的电池体系,测定不同方法制备的MnO2在水系锌基电池正极材料中的电化学性能.研究表明,水热法制备的MnO2具有更优异的电化学性能,在100 mA的充放电电流下,最高放电比容量达到333.2 mAh/g,充电比容量达到330.6 mAh/g,首次循环效率为96.1%,在进行100个循环后,效率达到 99.8%.

Abstract

In this paper,MnO2 was prepared from potassium permanganate and manganese sulfate by hydrothermal method and coprecipitation method,respectively.The structure of MnO2 was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).At the same time,a battery system with MnO2 as the positive electrode,1M zinc sulfate solution as the electrolyte and zinc sheet as the negative electrode was assembled,and the electrochemical properties of MnO2 prepared by different methods in the positive electrode material of the aqueous zinc-based battery were measured.The results show that MnO2 prepared by hydrothermal method has better electrochemical performance.At 100 mA charge-discharge current,the highest specific discharge capacity reaches 333.2 mAh/g,the specific charging capacity reaches 330.6 mAh/g,the first cycle efficiency is 96.1%,and after 100 cycles,the efficiency reaches 99.8%.
