Comparison of Different Extraction Methods and Content Determination of Total Flavonoids in Ginkgo Biloba
Total flavonoids in ginkgo were extracted by ultrasonic extraction and solvent reflux extraction respectively, comparing the rates of total flavonoids by different extraction methods, the extraction conditions were optimized by one-factor experiments, and the total flavonoids content of different parts of ginkgo was analyzed. The results showed that the yield of total flavonoids by ultrasonic extraction was higher than that of solvent reflux extraction. The best extraction method for total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba leaves is ultrasonic extraction. The extraction process is:ethanol concentration 80%,liquid ratio is 1∶40(g∶mL),the powder particle size is 60 mesh, the extraction time is 60 min,and the extraction temperature is 70 ℃.The best extraction process was used to determine the total flavonoids content in Ginkgo biloba and ginkgo fruit, and the results showed that the flavonoids content in Ginkgo biloba was 2.55%,that in ginkgo fruit was 1.15%,and the total flavonoids content in ginkgo fruit was lower than that in Ginkgo biloba. This study provides a reference for exploring the extraction method to improve the total flavonoids content of Ginkgo biloba and the comprehensive development and utilization of Ginkgo biloba resources.
