聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)树脂的微波干燥特性研究

分别用119,462,595 W的微波功率,对微波干燥聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)进行了实验研究,通过测量样品的温度、质量以及相关的实验数据,探索了聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)的微波干燥规律。随着微波干燥功率的提高,物料干燥速度加快,实验证明,微波干燥聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)在干燥速度上较传统的烘燥法更为快速,效率更高。拟合聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)薄层微波干燥数学模型的结果表明,Page模型的模拟效果最好。此外,还对微波干燥聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)进行了经济核算,并讨论了之后的研究方向和内容。
Experimental Study on Microwave Drying Characteristics of PVDF
Under microwave powers of 119,462 and 595 W,experimental study on microwave drying about Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF)was completed.By measuring temperature and mass of sample,processing relative data,microwave drying law was studied.With the increase of microwave power,the drying speed was faster.And the experiment proved that microwave drying of PVDF was faster and more efficient,in comparison with traditional drying method.Moreover,by fitting the mathematic model of microwave drying of PVDF and the results showed that Page equation was most suitable.In addition,the economical efficiency on microwave drying of PVDF was calculated.Finally,next research direction and content was analyzed.
