摘要

目的:制备纳米多孔高分子分离膜,并探究该分离膜的油水分离性能.方法:选用六水合硝酸锌、九水合硝酸铝、九水合硝酸铬等原材料,对分离膜制备,模拟复杂工业环境,进行油水分离测试.结果:纳米多孔高分子分离膜最高油水分离循环次数可达11次,分离膜上的油滴粒径分布在1 500~2 000 nm范围内.结论:该纳米多孔高分子分离膜在处理油水混合物或类似体系时,对于特定粒径范围内的油滴具有较好的分离效果.

Abstract

Objective:To prepare nanoporous polymer separation membranes and investigate the oil-water separation performance of the membranes.Methods:Zinc nitrate hexahydrate,aluminum nitrate ninahydrate,chromium nitrate ninahydrate and other raw materials were used to prepare the separation membrane,simulate the complex industrial environment,and test the separation of oil and water.Results:The maximum oil-water separation cycle of the nanoporous polymer separation membrane was 11 times,and the particle size of oil droplets on the separation membrane was distributed in the range of 1 500~2 000 nm.Conclusion:The nanoporous polymer separation membrane has a good separation effect on oil droplets in a specific particle size range when treating oil-water mixtures or similar systems.
