Study on the Dry Granulation Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Extract Tablets
Objective:This study selected traditional Chinese medicine extract powder for optimal dry granulation process,and explored the solution to the problem of dry granulation process for traditional Chinese medicine extract tablets.Method:By comparing and screening the processes of boiling granulation and dry granulation,and then conducting total mixing and tablet pressing,the stability and feasibility of the process quality of using dry granulation to form the extract tablets were investigated.Result:The traditional Chinese medicine extract powder can be produced by dry granulation,and the core quality meets the standard requirements.The tablet forming process is stable and feasible.Conclusion:The dry granulation method can effectively solve the problems of high viscosity and difficulty in forming the extract tablets.The process prescription is scientific and practical,and the stability is good.The optimized dry granulation process for extract tablets has been tested in a pilot scale,which proves that the process is stable and feasible,and can provide reference for the industrial production of full extract tablets.
