Lignin/PP-马来酸酐复合材料的制备与性能

将聚丙烯(PP)、木质素(Lignin)、马来酸酐及过氧化二异丙苯通过熔融共混法制备Lignin/PP-马来酸酐复合材料样品。通过熔体流动速率仪、万能试验机、冲击试验机及热台偏光显微镜对样品的熔融指数、拉伸性能、冲击性能及球晶的生长情况进行了表征。结果表明:随着马来酸酐含量的增加,熔融指数及模量呈先升后降趋势。当马来酸酐含量为1份时,样品的熔体流动速率有最大值,为48。18 g/10 min,较未加马来酸酐的样品提升了 7。11%;当马来酸酐含量为2份时,样品的模量有最大值,为645。63 MPa,较未加马来酸酐的样品提升了 15。27%。
Preparation and Properties of Lignin/PP-Maleic Anhydride Composites
Lignin/PP-maleic anhydride composites were prepared by melt blending polypropylene,lignin,maleic anhydride and diisopropylbenzene peroxide.The melt flow rate,tensile properties,impact properties and spherulite growth of samples were tested by melt flow rate tester,universal testing machine,impact testing machine and hot stage polarizing microscope.The results show that the melt flow rate and the elastic modulus of samples increased first and then decreased with the content of maleic anhydride.When the content of maleic anhydride was one phr,the melt flow rate of the sample had a maximum value of 48.18 g/10 min,which was 7.11%higher than the the sample without maleic anhydride.When the content of maleic anhydride was two phr,the elastic modulus of the sample had a maximum value of 645.63 MPa,which was 15.27%higher than the the sample without maleic anhydride.
