利用木糖二蒸液制备木糖醇工艺研究

对木糖醇生产工艺进行改进,利用SSMB色谱装置对木糖二蒸液进行提纯,去除木糖二蒸液中的阿拉伯糖,提高木糖纯度和收率的同时,也提高了加氢效率,从而提高了木糖醇的纯度和收率,改善了木糖醇的口感。试验结果表明,木糖二蒸液色谱分离参数为进料质量分数为42%、进料量为269 g/h、进水量为435 g/h,循环量为1 120 mL,此时提取液中木糖纯度89。783%,阿拉伯糖含量为1。348%,色谱分离收率达到97。21%。
Study on Preparation of Xylitol from Xylose Second Steam
In this paper,the xylitol production process was improved.The xylitol secondary steam liquid was purified by SSMB chromatography device.The arabinose in the xylose second vapor was removed.The purity and yield of xylose were improved,and the hydrogenation efficiency was also improved.The purity and yield of xylitol were improved,and the taste of xylitol was improved.Experimental results show that Chromatographic separation parameters of xylose secondary steam were:feed concentration 42%,feed volume 269 g/h,water inflow 435 g/h,and circulation volume 1 120 mL.Under these conditions,the purity of xylose was 89.783%,the content of arabinose was 1.348%,and the yield was 97.21%.
