水凝胶是一种具有高度吸水性和保水性的三维网络结构材料,因其独特的理化性质和广泛的应用前景而受到关注。水凝胶合成方法有很多,包括化学交联、物理交联、自组装等,不同制备方法得到的水凝胶性能也不同,例如力学性能、吸水性能、生物相容性能等。水凝胶在生物医学领域被用作药物载体、组织工程支架、伤口敷料等。尽管水凝胶的研究取得了显著进展,但仍存在一些挑战,如提高水凝胶的机械强度、降低成本等。本文对水凝胶的研究现状进行了综述,以期为其开发应用提供新的思路。
Research Status of Hydrogels
Hydrogel is a three-dimensional network structure material with high water absorption and water retention.It has received extensive attention due to its unique physical and chemical properties and wide application prospects.There are many methods for the synthesis of hydrogels,including chemical crosslinking,physical crosslinking,self-assembly,etc.The properties of hydrogels obtained by different preparation methods are also different,such as mechanical properties,water absorption properties,biocompatibility,etc.In the biomedical field,hydrogels are used as drug carriers,tissue engineering scaffolds,wound dressings,etc.Although significant progress has been made in the research of hydrogels,there are still some challenges,such as improving the mechanical strength of hydrogels and reducing costs.In this paper,the research status of hydrogels is reviewed in order to provide new ideas for its development and application.
