在不同管道形状下泡沫流体流动特性研究进展

我国天然气产量巨大,在生产中发现大多数气田在开发中后期气井底部会残留积液,这些积液会严重影响气井产能。为了应对这一情况使用泡沫排液成为处理产液气井积液问题的有效手段之一,泡沫排水采气过程中易形成泡沫/气两相流动体系,通过泡沫将气井底部的积液携出,解决气井积液问题。故研究泡沫流是十分有必要的,并且随着管道的发展,实际生产中有大量的不同形状管道,本文综述了在垂直管道、水平管道以及倾斜管道情况下泡沫流体流动时压降以及流型方面的研究,并对未来泡沫流体的研究方向做出了展望。
Research Progress on Flow Characteristics of Foam Fluid Under Different Pipe Shapes
China's natural gas production is huge,and it is found that most gas fields will have residual fluid at the bottom of gas wells in the middle and late stages of development,which will seriously affect the productivity of gas wells.In order to cope with this situation,the use of foam drainage has become one of the effective means to deal with the problem of liquid accumulation in liquid-producing gas wells,and it is easy to form a foam/gas two-phase flow system in the process of foam drainage and gas recovery,and the liquid accumulation at the bottom of the gas well is carried out through foam to solve the problem of liquid accumulation in gas wells.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the foam flow,and with the development of pipelines,there are a large number of pipes of different shapes in actual production,this paper reviews the research on the pressure drop and flow pattern of foam fluid flow in the case of vertical pipes,horizontal pipelines and inclined pipelines,and makes a prospect for the future research direction of foam fluids.
