基于随机森林算法的广东省天然气需求分析

广东省粤港澳大湾区是我国天然气消费核心区域,是八大负荷中心中最重要的组成部分。以广东省为研究对象,采用随机森林方法筛选广东省中长期天然气需求影响因素,并进行排序,从而预测2024-2040年广东省天然气需求量。结果表明:第二产业占比、第一产业占比、电力消费占比、城市燃气普及率、第三产业占比以及二氧化碳排放量等因素是相对重要的影响因素;受到各影响因素的影响,广东省2024-2040年天然气需求量逐年增加,预计在2040年将达到634亿m3。本研究结果为规划建设广东省内天然气管道提供数据支撑。
Natural Gas Demand Analysis in Guangdong Province Based on Random Forest Algorithm
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the core area of natural consumption in China and the most important component of the eight load centers.Taking Guangdong Province as the study object,the random forest method was used to screen and rank the medium-and long-term natural gas demand influences in Guangdong Province,so as to forecast the natural gas demand in Guangdong Province from 2024 to 2040.The results show that the share of secondary industry,the share of primary industry,the share of electricity consumption,the city gas penetration rate,the share of tertiary industry,and carbon dioxide emissions are relatively important influencing factors.Influenced by the influence of various factors,the demand for natural gas in Guangdong Province will increase year by year from 2024 to 2040,reaching 63.4 billion m3 in 2040,providing data support for the planning and construction of natural gas pipelines in Guangdong Province.
