摘要

综述了萃取精馏的特点、分类、萃取剂的选择及国内外研究进展.介绍了萃取精馏的原理,以及在不同的共沸组成条件下萃取剂的选取方法.综述了近年国内外萃取精馏技术的应用研究和进展,特别指出在含有少量难分离共沸/近沸杂质的分离方法,具有可行性强、分离效果明显、成本低等优势.目前,萃取精馏技术朝着绿色节能的方向发展.

Abstract

This article reviews the characteristics,classification,selection of extractants,and related domestic and foreign research progress of extraction distillation.Introduced the principle of extraction distillation and the method of selecting corresponding extractants for different azeotropic compositions.This article reviews the application research and progress of extraction distillation technology both domestically and internationally in recent years.It is particularly pointed out that the separation method with a small amount of difficult to separate azeotropic/near azeotropic impurities has advantages such as strong feasibility,obvious separation effect,and low cost.At present,extraction distillation technology is developing towards the direction of green and energy-saving.
