Determination of Two Trace Elements Calcium and Copper in Euryale Ferox
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is widely used in analytical methods because of its high operability and cheap instrument. In this paper,Euryale ferox from Hunan Province was the research object, and the content of calcium and copper two trace elements was determined by spectrophotometry. Before the measurement, three factors of color developer stability time, maximum absorption wavelength and color developer dosage were investigated. In order to verify the applicability of the measurement method, the strategy of adding standard recovery rate was adopted in this study. The color developer of calcium was determined to be acid chromic blue K,the maximum absorption wavelength was determined to be 470 nm,the stability time of color developer was selected for 12 min,and 2.5 mL was used to draw the standard curve of calcium, and the fitting equation A=0.014 0c+0.012 4(R2=0.999 2)was obtained. The average recovery rate was 95.4%,the content of calcium was 29.657 3 μg/g.For the determination of copper,DDTC(sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate)was used as the color developing agent, the maximum absorption wavelength was determined to be 449 nm,the stability time of the color developing agent was selected for 10 min,and the standard curve of copper was drawn using 3 mL.The fitting equation was obtained as A=0.158 8c+0.030 7(R2=0.999 2).The average recovery rate of the experiment was 97.1%,the copper content was 9.695 3 μg/g.
