摘要

目的:建立谷精草标准汤剂的UPLC特征图谱和薄层鉴别方法,用于谷精草标准汤剂、配方颗粒与伪品华南谷精草标准汤剂的区分.方法:采用UPLC特征图谱及薄层图谱对谷精草、华南谷精草标准汤剂进行测定,通过薄层图谱行为比对,相似度分析、聚类分析(CA)、主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘判别法(PLS-DA)对10批谷精草标准汤剂及5批华南谷精草标准汤剂进行定性分析.结果:得到分离度、重复性均较好的谷精草UPLC特征图谱,特征图谱与薄层鉴别均能较好地区分谷精草与华南谷精草.结论:特征图谱简便准确、灵敏度高、重复性好;薄层鉴别操作简单快捷,重现性好,可以作为谷精草药材、饮片、标准汤剂、配方颗粒的质量控制方法.

Abstract

Objective:The UPLC characteristic map and thin layer identification method of Eriocauli flos standard decoction were established.lt is used to distinguish standard decoction,formula granule and counterfeit standard decoction of Eriocaulon.sexangulare L.Methods:The standard decoction of Eriocauli flos and Eriocaulon.sexangulare L was determined by UPLC characteristic map and thin layer map,10 batches of Eriocauli flos standard decoction and 5 batches of Eriocaulon.sexangulare L standard decoction were qualitatively analyzed by TLC behavior comparison,similarity analysis,cluster analysis(CA),partial least square discriminant(PLS-DA)and principal component analysis(PCA).Results:The UPLC characteristic maps with better separation and repeatability were obtained,and both the characteristic maps and thin layer identification could distinguish the two species well.Conclusion:The characteristic map is simple and accurate,with high sensitivity and good repeatability.Thin-layer identification is simple,quick and reproducible,and can be used as a quality control method for herbal medicines,decoction pieces,standard decoction and formula granules.
