Analysis of Factors Affecting Stress Measurement Errors in Thin-walled Containers
The experimental error of internal pressure vessel measurement was analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn:1)The stress calculated according to the film theory is larger than the outer wall stress calculated by the elastic theory formula. The difference between them becomes larger with larger K.2)Measured wall thickness should be used to replace the nominal thickness in the theoretical calculation of spherical head stress.3)The patch angle deviation has no influence on the measured results of spherical head, but has a great influence on the meridional stress of the cylinder.4)The material elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio and experimental pressure have great influence on the measurement of meridional stress of cylindrical cylinder. In view of the above factors, the specific device parameters are corrected and adjusted, and the success rate of the experiment is significantly improved.
