通过应用"酸化-吹气-吸收"法对水体的硫代物进行检测,并探讨了各种酸式试剂对酸化的处理效果的作用。结果表明,在样品量为200 mL,水浴温度为60℃时,加入10 mL 1+1的H3PO4并酸化吹气反应30 min可以有效保证"酸化-吹气-吸收"法的前处理效果最佳。从安全性和酸化提取效果来看,使用1+1的H3PO4的效果优于1+1 HCl。可使用1+1的H3PO4替代1+1的HCl作为酸化处理试剂用于"酸化-吹气-吸收"法对水质中硫化物进行测定。
Effect of Different Acidic Reagents on Spectrophotometric Determination of Water Quality Sulfide
The"acidification-blowing-absorption"method was used to determine the sulfide in the water quality,and to study the effect of different acidic reagents on the pretreatment effect of acidification.The results show that at the sample size of 200 mL and the water bath temperature of 60 ℃,adding 10 mL of 1+1 H3PO4 and acidifying the blowing reaction for 30 min can effectively ensure the best pretreatment effect of"acidification-blowing-absorption"method.For safety and acidification extraction,1+1 H3PO4 was better than 1+1 HCl.H3PO4 of 1+1 can be used as the 1+1 HCl as the"acidification-blow-absorption"method to determine sulfide in water quality.
