研究讨论了用气相—气质联用仪测定皮革制品中19种含氯苯酚。本文采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法对样品中的含氯苯酚进行提取,将馏出液收集到含有碳酸钾粉末的锥形瓶中形成溶液,然后用乙酸酐进行乙酰化,再经过正己烷萃取后,用气相—气质联用仪内标法进样检测。本方法的线性关系良好(R2>0。99),重复性良好(0。011%-0。029%),稳定性良好(0。010%~0。032%),精密度良好(0。044%~0。088%),回收率良好(91。2%~98。4%)[1]。
The Determination of 19 Chlorophenol Concentrations in Leather Products
This article discusses the determination of 19 chlorophenol concentrations in leather products using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.This article uses the method of steam distillation to extract chlorophenol from the sample.The distillate is collected into a conical flask containing potassium carbonate powder to form a solution,which is then acetylated with acetic anhydride.After being extracted with n-hexane,it is detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and internal standard injection method.This method has good linear relationship(R2>0.99),good repeatability(0.011%~0.029%),good stability(0.010%~0.032%),good precision(0.044%~0.088%),and good recovery rate(91.2%~98.4%).
