摘要

在海洋工程领域中不锈钢管线由于其优良的耐腐蚀性能而应用广泛,其中管线下料是工艺管线预制过程的首要环节.但工程项目中使用的不锈钢管线的规格、尺寸繁多,如何在可控成本、进度、质量下对大尺寸的不锈钢管线进行切割成为重要的工艺课题.本文介绍了一种不锈钢管线切割辅助装置的应用方法,配合管线转胎能够实现对大尺寸不锈钢管线的切割下料工作,达到降低成本、提高工效的目的.

Abstract

Stainless steel pipelines are widely used in the field of marine engineering because of their excellent corrosion resistance,in which pipeline blanking is the primary link in the process of pipeline prefabrication.However,there are many specifications and sizes of stainless steel pipelines used in engineering projects,and how to cut large-size stainless steel pipelines under controllable cost,schedule and quality has become an important process topic.This paper introduces an application method of stainless steel pipeline cutting auxiliary device,which can realize the cutting and cutting work of large size stainless steel pipeline with pipeline tire changing,and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and improving work efficiency.
