摘要

由于目前大多数的储油罐都没有防固化功能,在使用过程中易造成稠油在储罐内固化的现象,导致单井的生产效率降低,成本增加,同时给周边环境带来了污染.通过对稠油固化原因的分析,并基于现有技术存在的缺陷,对储罐结构进行改进,通过自主设计的罐体循环系统,加装渗透稀释管、循环泵等附件,使储油罐达到防固化的功能,从而提高储油效率、降低储罐维护成本、保护环境以及延长设备寿命.

Abstract

At present,most of the oil storage tanks have no anti-curing function,which is easy to cause the phenomenon of heavy oil curing in the storage tank during use.It leads to the reduction of production efficiency of single well,the increase of cost,and the pollution of the surrounding environment.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the solidification of heavy oil and the defects of the existing technology,the storage tank structure is improved.The self-designed tank circulation system is equipped with permeation dilution pipe,circulation pump and other accessories,so that the storage tank can achieve the function of anti-curing,thereby improving the storage efficiency,reducing the maintenance cost of the storage tank,protecting the environment and extending the life of the equipment.
