海上升压站平台建造防飞溅焊接打磨装置实践

随着新能源发电、海上风电需求的增加,近海和深远海海上风电开发力度持续加大,海上升压站平台建造的需求也越来越大。海上升压站平台建造过程中其内部墙皮与上部结构梁通常需要焊接在一起,墙皮附近铺设的电缆较多,常规焊接及打磨作业易产生焊渣飞溅,不易清理的同时还容易与电缆接触,烧坏电缆,产生安全风险。本文设计了一种防焊渣飞溅的焊接打磨装置,通过本装置能够有效处理收纳焊接打磨过程中飞溅的焊渣,减少后续焊渣的清理工作。本装置在某海上升压站平台的实践表明能够有效减少人工清理成本,降低作业风险。
Offshore Substation Platform Construction Anti-spatter Welding and Grinding Device Practice
With the increase of demand and the intensification of offshore wind farm exploitation in offshore,the demand for offshore substation platform construction is also increasing.During the construction process offshore substation platform,its internal wall skin and superstructure beams usually need to be welded together,more cables laid near the wall skin,conventional welding and grinding operations are prone to welding slag spatter,not easy to clean up at the same time it is also easy to contact with the cable,burn the cable,resulting in safety risks.In this paper,a welding and grinding device is designed to prevent welding slag spatter,through which the device can effectively deal with the welding slag spattered in the process of storing welding and grinding,and reduce the subsequent cleaning of welding slag.This device in offshore substation platform practice has shown that it can effectively reduce the cost of manual cleaning,reduce operational risks.
